The short version. Nothing is stored until you press Accept. One browser-storage key of ours remembers your answer and is never transmitted anywhere. Everything else in the table below belongs to Google, is set only with your consent, and can be revoked from Cookie settings in the footer of any page.

1. What this page covers

This page lists everything this website can store on your device, who sets it, why, and how long it lasts. It covers this website only. The Nova HRM application that customers log in to is a separate system with its own session cookie, described in the customer's own agreement.

“Cookie” here is used loosely, as it usually is, to mean cookies and the similar browser storage a page can use. Where something is browser storage rather than a cookie, the table says so — the difference matters, because storage is never transmitted to a server.

2. Nothing is set before you choose

Until you answer the consent banner, no analytics or advertising cookie is created and no identifier is kept that could recognise you on a later visit.

We use Google's Consent Mode. The tags are present on the page but are explicitly denied permission to store anything until you accept. Because a tag is present, Google receives a basic cookieless signal when it loads — the page address, your IP address and your browser's user agent, as with any request to any server. It is not tied to an identifier and cannot be linked to your other visits.

Google may occasionally introduce a cookie not named above. Google publishes its own current list, and we update this table when we become aware of a change.

4. Analytics

If you accept, Google Analytics 4 records which pages you view, roughly where you are (derived from your IP address, which Google truncates), your device and browser, and the site that referred you. We use it to see which pages are worth keeping.

We have not enabled Google's advertising or remarketing signals inside Analytics, and we do not upload customer lists to it.

5. Advertising

This site displays adverts supplied by Google AdSense on its guide articles.

Advertising cookies are set only if you accept. If you decline, Google is instructed — through the same Consent Mode signals described above — not to store an advertising identifier, and any advert shown is non-personalised, chosen from the content of the page rather than from anything about you.

We never give an advertiser your name, your email address or anything you typed into the demo request form. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising on the demo request page or on these legal pages.

You can control personalised advertising for your Google account directly, at Google Ads Settings, independently of anything you choose here.

6. Changing your mind

Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page. It reopens the banner, and declining revokes the permission and clears the analytics and advertising cookies already in your browser.

Your browser can also block or delete cookies for this site, or for every site, through its own privacy settings. Blocking everything will not break this website — nothing here needs a cookie in order to work — but it will also erase the record of your choice, so the banner will ask again.

7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Browsers send these signals inconsistently and they have no agreed meaning across jurisdictions, so we do not claim to honour them as a legal instruction. We would rather say that plainly than display a badge we cannot stand behind.

What we do instead is simpler and stricter: nothing is stored until you press Accept, and the banner is one click to decline.
