Frequently asked

Questions people actually ask before a demo.

Statutory coverage, Arabic, the ledger, multi-company, who owns the data, and what it costs.

Which countries does the payroll support?
Statutory rules ship for Saudi Arabia (GOSI, at both the Saudi-national and expatriate rates), the United Arab Emirates (GPSSA, plus WPS SIF bank files), Qatar (the Qatar pension scheme) and Pakistan (EOBI, provident fund and slab-driven income-tax withholding). End-of-service accrual is handled across the Gulf.
Is Pakistan really supported, or only the Gulf?
Really supported, and it is the only jurisdiction of the four with personal income tax, so it is the one whose withholding slabs are seeded. Provident fund and EOBI ship as payroll components alongside them.
Does it genuinely work in Arabic?
Yes, and it is worth being precise about what that means. The entire interface mirrors to right-to-left, not just the menu labels, and each person's language lives on their own user account rather than being guessed from a browser — so a queued job or a generated payslip knows which language to produce. Payslip PDFs render in Arabic.
Does payroll actually post to the general ledger?
Yes. Pay runs, expenses, supplier and sales invoices, depreciation and vehicle costs post into a real general ledger with a chart of accounts, journals, a trial balance and accounting periods. There is no spreadsheet export to re-key, which is the usual reason an HR system and a finance system disagree at month end.
Can it handle a group with several companies?
Yes. Multi-company is how the system was built rather than something added to a single-company product later. Each company's records are separated at the database level, and a permission model decides who can see across them.
Who owns the data?
Your company does. You are the controller of your employees' personal data and we process it on your instructions; we do not use it for our own purposes and we never sell it. On termination you can export it. The Terms and Conditions set this out in section 6.
What does it cost?
Three published packages: Basic at $500 a month, Medium at $1,000 and Enterprise at $2,000, exclusive of tax. Basic is HR and payroll for one company; Medium adds the general ledger and reporting; Enterprise adds client billing and all four jurisdictions.
Is there a refund if it turns out to be wrong for us?
A first subscription carries a 30-day money-back guarantee from the first paid invoice, in full and without a retention call. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal.
How long does implementation take?
It depends almost entirely on the state of the data you are migrating rather than on the software. We scope it during the demo and quote it separately, so it is not a surprise line on a renewal.
Can we see it running on our own numbers?
That is what the demo is. Thirty minutes, run against your salary structures and your chart of accounts rather than a canned dataset, so you see the pay run and the journal it posts.
